Slow Cooker Honey Baked Apples

Ingredients
- 3 medium apples
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
Preparation
- Core and cut each apple into 8 pieces and place in a slow cooker.
- Sprinkle cinnamon over apple pieces and toss to coat.
- Drizzle with honey, add butter and stir.
- Set slow cooker to low temperature, cover with a lid and cook for 2 hours.
Helpful hints
- This recipe can also be prepared in the oven. Cook at 325° F for 45 to 60 minutes.
