Triple Berry Protein Parfait

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/4 cup blackberries
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1-1/2 cups whipped topping 
  • 2 tablespoons whey protein powder 

Preparation

  1. Cut strawberries into quarters. Combine all berries in mixing bowl and drizzle with honey (or desired sweetener) to taste.
  2. Let stand 10 minutes.
  3. Place whipped topping in a bowl and add protein powder. Whisk gently to incorporate protein powder into whipped topping.
  4. Layer berries and whipped topping in alternating layers into parfait glass or bowl. Serve and enjoy!

Helpful hints

  • You can use either fresh or frozen fruit.
  • Jamie uses ProSource® protein powder and Stevia sweetener when she makes the parfait, but you can substitute your preferred brands.
  • You may substitute a packet of no-calorie sweetener in place of the honey. This will cut the added sugar to 0 g.
