Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 1/4 cup onion
- 1/4 cup celery
- 1/4 cup green bell pepper
- 3/4 cup hot cooked whole wheat pasta
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash® onion herb seasoning
Preparation
- Chop onion, celery and bell pepper.
- Melt butter in a nonstick frying pan and sauté onion, celery, and green bell pepper. Stir into hot pasta.
- Mix lemon juice, lemon zest, and Mrs. Dash ® herb seasoning. Add to hot pasta and stir. Serve.
Helpful hints
- Use pasta of choice. Cook according to package directions omitting salt.
