Peanut Butter Sandwich Lunch Box

Ingredients

  • 2 slices raisin bread
  • 1-1/2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1 ounce string cheese

Preparation

  1. Spread peanut butter and honey on raisin bread to make the sandwich.
  2. Trim celery and cut into sticks.
  3. Assemble sandwich, celery sticks, raspberries and cheese on a plate or in a divided food container with a lid for a meal on-the-go.

Helpful hints

  • Beverage suggestions: lemonade, flavored sparkling water, lemon-lime soda, fresh brewed tea or coffee.
  • For on-the-go meal pack lunch box with an ice pack to keep food cool until ready to eat.
