Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked bow-tie pasta
- 1/4 cup celery
- 2 tablespoons red bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons carrot
- 2 tablespoons red onion
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Preparation
- Chop celery, and bell pepper. Shred carrots. Finely chop onion.
- Mix pasta, celery, red bell pepper, carrot and onion in a bowl.
- In a separate small bowl, blend pepper, mayonnaise, sugar and lemon juice until smooth.
- Pour dressing mixture over pasta and vegetables and mix until well coated.
- Chill and serve.
Helpful hints
- Add fresh basil, tarragon or rosemary if desired.
