Ingredients

  • 3 pounds seedless grapes
  • 8 ounces low-fat cream cheese
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. Set cream cheese out to soften.
  2. Slice grapes in half vertically.
  3. Mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla in a medium-sized bowl.
  4. Fold in grapes.
  5. Chill and serve.

Helpful hints

  • Add ProCel® or any unflavored whey protein powder for an extra protein boost.
  • Nutrient analysis includes sugar. If made with Splenda® granular sweetener or other non-caloric sweetener carbohydrate is 16 grams per serving.
