1/2 cup cottage cheese and 1 cup berry mixture

Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh strawberries
- 1 cup fresh blackberries
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 cups 1% low fat cottage cheese
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
Preparation
- Wash all berries well.
- Slice strawberries and combine with remaining berries in a bowl.
- Add lemon juice.
- Place cottage cheese on a serving plate or bowl, then top with berries.
- Sprinkle with ground cinnamon (optional).
Helpful hints
- Berries are a great source of antioxidants. Lemons are high in Vitamin C, and also a good source of antioxidants. Antioxidants help neutralize free radicals inside the body and keep cells healthy.
