Ingredients
- 1/2 small onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 14 ounce can diced tomatoes

- 1 jalapeno
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro
- Juice of 1 lime
Preparation
- Roughly chop the onion. Peel and smash the garlic.
- Combine all ingredients in a blender (can also use a food processor) and pulse for 30 seconds or until desired salsa consistency is reached. Serve with tortilla chips or your favorite Latin American dish!
Helpful hints
- Can adjust herbs and spices to taste. The seeds can be removed from the jalapeno to reduce the amount of spice.
