Ingredients
- 10 ounces frozen green beans
- 4 teaspoons margarine
- 1/4 cup onion
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation
- Cook green beans in boiling water until tender. Drain.
- Chop onion and bell pepper.
- Place a skillet on medium heat, add margarine and sauté onion, red pepper, dill and parsley until soft.
- Add green beans to skillet and heat until beans are hot.
- Sprinkle with black pepper and serve.
Helpful hints
- Substitute fresh green beans for frozen when in season.
