David A. Roer, MD, FACP, FAHA, FASN

Dr. David Roer is a member of DaVita’s Office of the Chief Medical Officer (OCMO), serving as vice president of medical affairs for integrated kidney care at VillageHealth and DaVita Kidney Care, as well as national group medical director. He completed his nephrology and hypertension training at Yale University. He serves as the chairman of the patient safety and quality committee of the Renal Physician Association and serves on the board of directors of St. Mary’s Hospital. Formerly, he was a member of the National Kidney Foundation of Connecticut’s board of directors and was managing partner of Nephrology and Hypertension Associates in Waterbury, Connecticut.
