you don't say how much asparagus. no rating because of missing ingredient/nutritional info. Dietitian comment: The ingredient list includes 8 ounces canned low-sodium asparagus. This is equal to a small can.

what is the quantity of the spread per sandwich? Dietitian comment: If yu make 8 sandwiches spread 2 tablespoons of the spread on each sandwich.

We made it with fresh oven roasted asparagus, it was delish...we go fresh whenever possible.
