Should be easy and tasty chorizo. This has become a breakfast staple for my family. Used ground turkey and it was very good.

I like the flavour of cummin and dill in the chorizo. Would it be ok to add to the condiment of the easy chorizo? Dietitian comment: Yes, the additional herbs are kidney-friendly and flavorful.

I made this for the patients in the clinic and it was the most popular recipe demo I've done! This recipe as written is spicy, so be careful with adding the spice. All ingredients were added to the mixer, then fried up in the electric skillet. Super easy! I would probably add a little more vinegar, but that's just my preference. Great recipe!
