I made this today for a lobby day. It went over really well at my clinic. I made one batch with beef and another with turkey but cooked in the beef fat. It was very very spicy and I didn't even use as much chili powder as it called for. A few people suggested adding a little salt. But overall it was great. We served it with white rice and cilantro. This would make a great Davita eats video, especially in Spanish! :)

I like the flavour of cummin and dill in the chorizo. Would it be ok to add to the condiment of the easy chorizo? Dietitian comment: Yes, the additional herbs are kidney-friendly and flavorful.

I made this for the patients in the clinic and it was the most popular recipe demo I've done! This recipe as written is spicy, so be careful with adding the spice. All ingredients were added to the mixer, then fried up in the electric skillet. Super easy! I would probably add a little more vinegar, but that's just my preference. Great recipe!
