Made it yesterday (10-6-15) Everyone loved it. Will be making it often. There are so many combinations and variations possible. Sooooo Yummmmmy!! Thank you again. I substituted 1% ground turkey meat instead of the beef due to dietary restrictions..

I made this tonight July 31st 2012,It was excellent,I will certainly make again and again,I used 1/2 tsp.Mrs.Dash instead of the salt,I used the Liquid whites of eggs instead of the cholesterol egg substitute, I used canned diced green chilies in the topping,I served it with frozen corn.It was not to hot for us, just right.

Made this Monday night (11/20/11). It was tasty, but next time I think I'll add some homemade salsa to it to keep it moist. I left out the jalapenos and it was still good!

Sounds great - Can't wait to try it. One question: When recipe calls for non dairy creamer is that the liquid or powder. When using powder I mix 1 part powder to 2 parts water and then add the amount called for in recipe. Anyone have an answer? Love your recipes Thanks Moderator comment: Good question! Use the liquid nondairy creamer in any of the DaVita.com recipes that call for it unless the recipe specifies powdered.

My boyfriend loved it, I liked it. I put a little salsa in with the beef to give it some moisture, added frozen peas & carrots and used a small can of green chiles in the topping instead of jalapenos.

I tried this for my mom - she didn't like it. I found that the cornbread did not work really well. I don't think I would make it again.

Yum! I liked the heat but only did jalapeno's on half because my Mom doesn't like spicy stuff. Great recipe although I did just use regular jiffy cornbread. I wonder how much that affects the numbers?
