Herb-Rubbed Pork Tenderloin

Tried this tonight and YUM! I love rosemary, but unfortunately was out of it. I used marjoram(spice) instead and it still turned out awesome. Made with carrot casserole and even my 7year old ate it!

Excellent !! Very juicy and tender. Spice adds a little zing. Will definitely make again.

Herb-Rubbed Pork Tenderloin

As a side, we sautéed tart apples, sweet onions, brown sugar and some white wine. We used some of the "sauce" from the apples on the tenderloin. Steamed green beans finished the dinner.

Herb-Rubbed Pork Tenderloin

This recipe was very good. I used pork chops instead, browned them, sprinkled with seasoning and cooked for 2 hours at 300 degrees.
