substitution quick oatmeal for crackers less sodium and McCormick no salt blend is a good spice mix as well with dried onion chips added i portion out into cupcake tin and bake for meat balls sandwich.

Instead of soda crackers - use - PEKO crumbs (not seasoned), use this with Mrs. Dash South-West seasoning. At the end, just dab with "Sweet Baby Ray's" Honey Chipotle Barbecue Sauce, flip the burger over & burn it in just at the end.
