Delicious! Peppered and browned two bone in loin chops with the garlic, added peppers, onions and green beans, added apple juice and put on lid for 8 mins. It's a keeper! Served over stuffing this time.

Peppercorn Pork Chops

I was wondering if the pork chops were small (much smaller than in this picture) and the margarine was reduced (1/4 cup seems like an awful lot) would this be suitable for CKD non dialysis? Thanks.... Dietitian comment: Yes, you can use smaller pork chops or you can cut the larger pork chops in half. A 2-ounce portion of the cooked pork chop contains approximately 15 grams of protein instead of 25 grams.

Peppercorn Pork Chops

Our whole family loved this dish. It was easy and fast to make. I would advise those to buy the peppercorn that you can crush in the bottle though, because it was hard to crush the peppers. I would also marinate the pork chops next time so we can have them on the grill. Yummy!!!!!
