This is a wonderful recipe. Usually I only cook 1 chop. Then use 1 TBSP orange marmalade and a scant 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard. Very good.

Pork Chops with Orange Glaze

My broiler is out of wack,So I grilled them in a grill pan on top of the stove.It was tough for me not to put salt, pepper,and other spices on the chops but I followed the rest of the recipe. With the sauce,I found I didn't need the spices or salt and pepper.This was a very good recipe. Loved it.
