I gave this recipe out for samples at my clinic and people loved it! People were really skeptical about trying egg whites but honestly it tasted great - just like a milk shake.

would itt be possible to use non dairy creamer instead of non dairy frozen whipped topping for the smoothie?

I don't understand, I was told no cocoa or chocolate Moderator comment: You can still stay within your targets for potassium and phosphorus and include small amounts of chocolate. In this recipe the 1 tablespoon of chocolate contributes 81 mg potassium and 39 mg phosphorus to the total recipe. Most of the potassium and sodium is from the pasteurized egg whites.

seems high in things i must be careful to limit - cocoa, sodium and potassium i am stage 4 pre-dialysis and hope to stay that way for 10 more years at best!!
