Made this for a lobby day and it got good reviews from my patients. I used sweetened almond milk but I would recommend maybe using unsweetened almond milk. I wish the recipe had specified. Also, the color might look less like egg batter if pasteurized egg whites were used instead of the regular yellow one. Overall good flavor though. Dietitian comment: Thanks for your review! I adjusted the recipe to include unsweetened almond milk and added a helpful hint about the egg whites.
