Easy Pineapple Protein Smoothie
- 3/4 cup pineapple sherbet or sorbet
- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 ice cubes, optional
- In a blender, add pineapple sherbet, whey protein powder and water (ice cubes optional).
- Immediately blend for 30 to 45 seconds.
