High Protein Tropical Smoothie
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 3 ounces non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
- 2 ounces LiquaCel™ liquid protein supplement, peach-mango flavor
- 1 teaspoon coconut extract
- Freeze blueberries and yogurt for 30 minutes before making recipe.
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Divide into 2 servings. Enjoy one now and freeze the other serving for later.
