When you say mix do you mean whip it until it's like meringue or just stir it up until the whipped cream is dissolved in the egg white. That seems like it would be a bit of a slimy texture just stirring it. What's the finished texture like? Dietitian comment: I interpret it as stirring the ingredients together. However you could whip the egg whites first.
WHAT? you are encouraging people to eat RAW egg white? As a dietician, you should KNOW that raw egg whites rob the body of essential B VITAMINS. How unprofessional of you. Dietitian comment: You may not know this but pasteurized liquid egg whites are safe to consume without cooking because they are pasteurized. You can substitute powdered egg whites or whey protein powder but will need to increase the liquid.
3 tablespoons whipped topping?? Can you give an example for I do not use whipped toppings, in the past, could eat it all out of the tub or making it till no more ingredients.... 40 years ago, when I was foolish and naive! Dietitian comment: One of the whipped topping products used in some of our recipes is Reddi-wip dairy whipped topping. It comes in a pressurized can. We used to include Cool Whip but this product now has a phosphate additive.
