Is watermelon safe for pre-dialysis kidney stage with diabetic,high BP? Dietitian comment: Yes but the portion is important to keep carbohydrates in balance. Also if potassium is a concern it's important to stay within the recommended serving size.

I love watermelon it my fav and it's sad that I cant eat alots of it because when you start eating can't stop lol but I have to for my own health there some many foods that I can't eat because if high potassium being latina is hard mexican food is yummmy but hard not to eat specially the corn tortilla
