I am confused as to where the avocado with lime comes in, before the fried egg or after? Dietitian comment: After combining the lime juice with the avocado spread it on the toast. I will edit the prep notes to clarify.

This is a breakfast I would never have thought to make. It is sooo delicious and filling. I use goat cheese and can only eat one piece of toast. It feels like such an indulgence. It is my Happy Meal!

Avocado Toast with Egg

I eat in moderation. I eat 3 or 4 small meals a day. I eat just about any thing I desire in very small portions. I don't eat the NO NO foods every day but I eat them every one in a while. I am feeling good and I try to stay active. Dietitian comment: Thanks for your comment. Many people find that they can have small amounts of foods that are on the Limit or Avoid list.
