Helpful hints

  • If desired, drizzle with honey or your favorite sweetener. Add unsalted margarine or butter, blueberries or dried cranberries before serving.

I would like try it. I love hot cereal. Never had buckwheat or bulgar in my life nor coucous. I see there grains in stores but live on a limited budget. I have diabetes and high good pressure that are harming the function of my kidneys. Dietitian comment: If you shop at a store that sells grains in bins you can buy a small portion of each rather than a whole package.
