We tried these this morning in our quest for a variety of high protein options for my Dad. I was skeptical about the cottage cheese, but they turned out to be tasty. The whole family said they were good , so these will be happening again!

Sounds good but The phosphorus and potassium count is high for these pancakes, is that acceptable? Dietitian comment: The extra protein contributes more potassium and phosphorus. If you are close to your limit you could skip the egg when you have these pancakes for breakfast.

I agree with the other review, I don't care for cottage cheese but these are really good. They would also be good with some cinnamon or other flavorings..
