Sounds good but The phosphorus and potassium count is high for these pancakes, is that acceptable? Dietitian comment: The extra protein contributes more potassium and phosphorus. If you are close to your limit you could skip the egg when you have these pancakes for breakfast.

I agree with the other review, I don't care for cottage cheese but these are really good. They would also be good with some cinnamon or other flavorings..

The funny thing is I hate the taste of cottage cheese but I love these pancakes! Crazy huh? The pancakes are fluffy I didn't think it would without baking powder. I would definitely recommend to try it. I found my Sunday morning pancakes.
