Does the 3 ounce serving size include the weight of the bone and skin? I typically remove the skin prior to eating chicken. Do you know what my nutritional info would be without the skin? This was very good. Dietitian comment: Fat is reduced to 18 grams per portion instead of 25 grams and cholesterol is 6 mg lower if you remove the skin before cooking the chicken. This reduces the calories by 63 per serving. Other nutrients are similar to the original recipe.
