When do you add the garlic? Are the chicken breasts supposed to be cut into chunks before or after browning? I prepared this, laid whole browned breasts on top of onion/apples... but... Dietitian comment: Add the garlic in step 4 with the onion (will edit). According to the recipe the breasts are whole but I think your idea about cutting into chunks is great. Suggest doing this before browning to increase flavor.
