Made this for a lobby day and all the patients loved it. I tried it and also enjoyed it. Personally, I would have liked mine with a little spice to it. Next time I might add red chili flakes or something else for some heat. But overall it was very good and a big success at my clinic in VA.

Made this last night for dinner. It was OK, but that's about it. I took 4 or 5 bites and threw the rest in the trash and had a bowl of cereal for dinner. Hubby at least finished his, but agreed that it's just OK.
