These recipes are confusing ...when told to add things that we are trying to get out of our diets..tried to find a no tomatoes topping for meat loaf. Found this recipe for glaze and substituted grape jelly..for the tomato worked well.

Dietitian comment: For an entree these nutrient amounts are withing goals for a kidney diet. The best way to gauge is divide your daily nutrient goals into 3--and aim for that amount at each meal.
