could you use graham cracker crumbs instead of the vanilla wafer? Dietitian comment: You can make the change but there will be slight increases sodium, potassium and phosphorus.

Just made these Tarts. They are very tasty and easy to make. I used Splenda sugar. The one thing I did not like was the wafer. I am going to make them again on Friday for a family gathering but without the wafer.

These really are very good, and do taste like cheesecake. I agree that it makes closer to 18, as another person commented.
