This may seem silly, but why does the recipe call for 8 peice of phyllo do when you only use 4 and cut into 3 to get 12. I am trying to double this recipe and want to make sure I am understanding correctly. Thanks :) Dietitian comment: It should be 4 sheets instead of 8. We have made this change. Thank you!
