I typically love the recipes on davita.com, but this one was pretty dissapointing. I made it twice thinking I had made a mistake - unfortunately not the case. Perhaps it was because I made cupcakes instead of cake - came out very gummy, stuck to wrappers, and didn't look very appealing at all.
