Made this recipe for my patients this month, and it was a big hit! Great flavor, texture and appearance! Super easy to prepare! Would definitely make this again!

This recipe is on this website twice with 2 slightly different ingredient lists, one says to use DAIRY whipped topping, the other says to the NONDAIRY whipped topping. I believe NONDAIRY whipped topping is the appropriate ingredient. Delicious! Dietitian comment: You can use either as nutrients are similar. Check the product ingredients and try to avoid the ones that contain phosphate additives.

I made 5 of these for our clinic. They were really easy, and patients and staff alike liked them. They were also very pretty!

Daughter made this for our July 4th celebration and the son-in-law decorated it with the fruit! We used Cherry sugar-free preserves as that's what we had on hand...it was amazing!

Can someone let me know exactly how many ounces are meant by a "small tub" of whipped topping? Moderator response: A small container of frozen nondairy whipped topping is 8 ounces, It also comes in a 16 ounce size.

I made this recipe for our Fourth of July treat at the dialysis center. Everyone enjoyed it! It was super easy to make, had great appearance and best of all it was delicious tasting.

(From Kathy) I made this pie for my husband and it is delicious. I made it without the strawberries b/c they are a bit acidic for him (itching) and it was awesome even without them--Blue and White Pie :) It kept very well in the refrigerator for three days. I am going to make it for our 4th of July party (and include the strawberries, he can pick them off).
