I was very excited to make the strawberry mousse, but it separated after an hour - did I do something wrong? Dietitian comment: I'm unsure why this happened. To my knowledge the pasteurized eggs should not be a problem. I guess it's possible to overbeat the egg whites. Any other experiences with this issue?

Where can I get non-dairy whipped topping? No grocery store I've been in over the last 2 years (NC & TX) sells it. Dietitian comment: You are correct. In 2010 the Cool Whip brand nondairy creamer was reformulated to include skim milk and light cream.
