I don't use white flour or sugar. I can't find any recipes using almond flour. Dietitian comment: unfortunately almond flour is very high in potassium and phosphorus and we have not received any 'kidney-friendly recipes from our renal dietitians. One ounce contains 400 mg potassium and 260 mg phosphorus.
