I need low potassium recipes for my husband. How do I substitute? Moderator comment: 71 mg potassium per serving is quite low for this dish. I would not delete any of the ingredients as that would change the recipe outcome.

My husband is Asian, so rice dishes are appreciated. He liked this very much.
