Easy and delicious! I mixed some chicken broth with it instead of plain water and Mrs. Dash seasoning in it. It went well with the Zesty chicken & deviled green beans.

I have not tried the receipt yet, but will. This isn't so much a comment but a question, how would it change the nutrients per serving if you added just a little chicken? Is that possible? Moderator comment: Sure, each ounce of stewed chicken you will add 50 calories, 7.5 grams protein, 20 mg sodium, 51 mg potassium and 43 mg phosphorus.
