as to add ons cucumber marinaded in vingar with a couple shakes of black pepper in the liquid best soak over night in ziplock snack bag add a bit of dried dill slice long wise to stay on the roll better.. i use chicken breast preped in volume in slow cooker with the classic bell pepper celery dried onions and shreaded carrots reserve the liquid for prep of rice or pasta for other meals.. lets you skip the salt and have good flavor too..

Great sandwich...used leftover rotisserie chicken, seasoned as directed but could not get the Mrs dash steak seasoning, so used Mrs dash Chipotle marinade and put in the skillet frozen three pepper mix, eliminating the mayo...easy dinner!

Is that not to much sodium for a ckd patient ? Dietitian comment: No considering this is a main entree the sodium is within range for a low sodium diet. If your allowance is 2000 mg/day you could have 600 to 650 mg sodium per meal.
