Could I use crushed, uncooked Ramen Noodles (no spice pkg) and refrigerate until noodles soften? Dietitian comment: Even without the seasoning package ramen noodles are very high in sodium. The reduced sodium version has almost 1000 mg for 1 package. You can purchase plain, unprocessed ramen noodles that are sodium-free in the specialty section or in an Asian market, but would require cooking.

This was really good. Only problem is, it's just me and this is 8 servings. Next time I will divide the chow mein noodles into 8 and add each time I have it. It gets rather soggy when you put it all in at once.

Delish salad, I used red cabbage for added flavor and texture. It was really great paired up with turkey pot stickers
