Chicken Apple Crunch Salad

This is a great recipe. Very flavorful. I added cranberries instead of raisins. Served in a pita pocket as suggested. Will be making again.

We used water chestnuts instead of celery, and left out the scallions & black pepper. Used Duke's Mayo, no sour cream. Yum!!

Low fat mayo has a LOT more salt and sodium, as well as chemical ingredients. I would like to see regular mayo used in Davita recipes.
