does protein & fat & cholesterol come from chickem? very good. Dietitian comment: Yes plus there is fat in the low-fat mayonnaise and sour cream.

We used water chestnuts instead of celery, and left out the scallions & black pepper. Used Duke's Mayo, no sour cream. Yum!!

Low fat mayo has a LOT more salt and sodium, as well as chemical ingredients. I would like to see regular mayo used in Davita recipes.
