Helpful hints

  • Select the lowest sodium mustard and mayonnaise brands.
  • Look for unseasoned rice vinegar and add sweetener, if desired. Seasoned rice vinegar is very high in sodium and sugar.

made this for the in-laws with strawberry spinach salad and rottisserie chicken. They said it was better than anything they have had in a restaurant! They had to have the recipe which I happily provided. They are both diabetics and they love that this is sweetened with only honey.
