I made this as written and was lacking the tangy and creamy qualities that are associated with coleslaw so I added just a little coleslaw dressing and it was amazing! Also, I used a pre shredded coleslaw mix to save time (and the purple cabbage adds a nice touch). I finished off with some sliced scallions to add a little extra color and a little something special.
