Ranch Dressing

This is the very best dressing EVER I would eat this even if I didn't have kidney disease!!! I have made it at least 6 times and would recommend it to everyone.

Ranch Dressing

I love this recipe!! It has an amazing flavor. I didn't change a thing for spices. It is thick so I use it as veggie dip and potato topper. When using for salad dressing I add a few tablespoons half-&-half. I am finding this to be a very universal dressing for adding flavor. I use it as a dip for veggies, meats, fries (it's amazing mixed in mashed potatoes in place of butter, milk & salt) as a baked potato topper and anything else that needs flavor. I love my ranch dressing and when I found out I was Stage 3 CKD I was horrified that I wouldn't be able to eat it again but this recipe is perfect for me. Note: I'm currently only on low sodium/low protein dietary restriction as my potassium/phosphorus levels are normal.
