I'm confused about the sodium content. I added up the mg in each of the ingredients I used, and I got 13 mg. Is this because I got low sodium beans and my packages of frozen corn said 0 sodium? Dietitian comment: Yes it's because of the different items selected. In the recipe analysis the red cabbage contributes 12 mg sodium, corn 4 mg and kidney beans 37 mg, balsamic vinegar 2 mg. Manufacturers use rounding rules. If a product is below a certain amount[INVALID]5 or 10 mg, it is automatically rounded down to zero.
