Oregano should be optional as it imparts a flavor that is not compatible with all cuisines. I recommend either leaving it out or substituting other herbs such as tarragon or marjoram; however, this is all very subjective.

what can I use to replace the wines that are required. I have not tried this yet due to the wine. Dietitian comment: You can use 1/4 cup cranberry or grape juice or 1/4 cup low-sodium chicken broth.

I have tried many marinades, but this one was the BEST one ever!! I used red raspberry vinegar, & everyone at the picnic LOVED the steaks!!!
