Thank you Sara ! My blood pressure medicine was becoming less and less effective, and the other night my BP was really high. I had heard that garlic is known to lower BP, so have been eating 2 cloves a day and can see my BP stabilize at a good range (ie 111/66) within an hour of eating a clove.
