Made this last night and it was very good. Baked at 350 for 20 minutes instead of frying pan. No particular reason-just easier.

I really wanted to like this recipe. Love fish. It stuck to the pan....twice, making a small mess. Will just squeeze lime juice over the fish and back it in parchment...less fat.

It would be helpful to have the grams of potassium, phosphorus, and sodium. 3 meat, 3 fat, 0 carbs doesn't quite give me the information I'd like. Thanks. Dietitian comment: Look for the box to the right of the preparation notes to find the nutrient information you are looking for on each recipe.
