I buy a brand of tortillas called Tortilla Land at Costco that are fresh, uncooked, no preservatives and lower in sodium than any others i have found. For an 8 inch tortilla they are 210 in sodium. They are made by Circle Foods. You can check their site, or the tortilla land.com site, for other stores that sell them. They are delicious.

What brand of burrito sized tortilla are you using? I've never seen one under 400 grams of sodium. Dietitian comment: La Suprema and Guerrera brands by Mission Foods and Old El Paso brand burrito size tortillas are around 300 mg each.

If I use slow cooker chicken instead of shrimp what would my nutrient values be? Dietitian comment: Comparing an equal amount of chicken breast, potassium is about the same, phosphorus is 25 mg lower, cholesterol is 65 mg lower, sodium is 65 mg higher and protein is 1 gm higher.
