Helpful hints

My husband needs a low potassium as well as sodium diet. To what extent will eliminating the mushrooms and tomato have on the recipe? Dietitian comment: The potassium is reduced to 349 mg. No change in sodium since the vegetables are fresh and do not contain sodium.
